Content and Creator Policy

This Content & Creator Policy (“Policy”) explains the standards that apply to creators, studios, and users who upload, share, or distribute content on Glassnik (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By uploading or sharing content on Glassnik, you agree to follow this Policy and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose

Glassnik exists to showcase authentic, first-person “Eye-POV” content captured through smart-glasses and wearable technology.
We aim to build a safe, creative, and respectful space for creators, studios, and viewers worldwide.

2. Content Ownership

  • Creators retain full ownership of their original videos, images, and materials uploaded to Glassnik.

  • By submitting content, you grant Glassnik a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, promote, and distribute that content within the platform and affiliated channels.

  • You can remove your content at any time. The license ends once the content is deleted from the platform (except where copies remain in backup systems for a short period).

3. Acceptable Content

You may upload content that:

  • You own or have the rights to share;

  • Reflects real-world, first-person experiences (travel, culture, events, art, lifestyle, etc.);

  • Does not violate the law or infringe others’ intellectual-property rights.

We encourage creativity, storytelling, and authentic Eye-POV experiences.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or share any content that:

  • Contains violence, hate speech, or harassment;

  • Shows nudity, sexual content, or adult material;

  • Promotes illegal activity, drugs, or weapons;

  • Contains misinformation, impersonation, or copyright-infringing material;

  • Violates another person’s privacy, image, or likeness without consent.

Glassnik reserves the right to remove or moderate any content that breaches these standards or damages user trust.

5. Creator Conduct

Creators must:

  • Provide accurate profile information;

  • Respect community guidelines and copyright laws;

  • Avoid spam or deceptive behavior (e.g., fake engagement, misleading titles);

  • Use Eye-POV content honestly — avoid simulated or AI-generated material without disclosure.

Repeat or severe violations may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.

6. Copyright & Takedowns

If you believe content on Glassnik infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA-style notice to legal@glassnik.com with:

  • Your name and contact information;

  • The URL of the infringing content;

  • Proof of ownership;

  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

Glassnik will promptly review and remove infringing material when appropriate.

7. Monetization & Licensing

Creators may earn revenue through programs offered by Glassnik, including:

  • Subscriptions or paid experiences;

  • Licensing of Eye-POV clips to brands or studios;

  • Affiliate or sponsorship opportunities.

Each program will include separate terms outlining payments, eligibility, and revenue share.
Glassnik may update or expand monetization options at any time.

8. Community Engagement

We encourage creators to:

  • Credit collaborators and sources properly;

  • Engage respectfully with viewers and fellow creators;

  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive community.

9. Reporting Violations

Users can report inappropriate or infringing content directly from the platform or by contacting support@glassnik.com.
Reports are reviewed manually, and action may include content removal or account restriction.

10. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or community expectations.
All updates will appear here with a new “Effective Date.”
